European Schoolnet develops a wide range of projects, competitions, and activities using innovative technologies. Many of our partners and participants are interested in our activities, in maintaining contacts with other participants, contacting us and being connected to our networks. We have recently set up new social groups in networks that are easy and very useful for connecting and expanding your contacts.

  • FacebookTM
    This is one of the most used and well known social networking sites. It is a free-access site which enables you to contact other users and groups through your profile.
    European Schoolnet has a Facebook group. To join the group, simply click ‘join this group’, administrator for the group will then approve your request:

  • Linked in
    European Schoolnet has a group in Linked in, a site specialised in business networking. This site allows you to add connections of professionals that you trust.

  • Flickr
    Flickr is an image and video hosting website, web services suite, and online community platform. It was one of the earliest Web 2.0 applications. In addition to being a popular Web site for users to share personal photographs, the service is widely used by bloggers as a photo repository. Discover our photos on:

  • Twitter
    Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows users to post text updates via SMS, instant messaging, email, Twitter’s website and third party applications. Users have their own profile page that displays their latest updates. In addition, users can become “friends” with one another, or simply be a “follower”.
