home > Media services > News > LIFE project organises plugfest in Paris LIFE project organises plugfest in Paris The second plugfest organised by the LIFE project will take place on 13-14 June 2006 in Paris. LIFE is an eLearning project of which EUN is the coordinator. The objective of this event is to present the state of the art of eLearning technologies, demonstrate and explore interoperability between eLearning solutions and other information systems. Other organisers include the European project TELCERT team, the PROLEARN European network of excellence metadata team, the EIfEL Institute team and the participation of ADL Co-laboratory. Among the activities to take place in Paris will include demonstration of interoperability and cooperation between different learning management systems and information systems, demonstration of technologies useful for future eLearning development LIFE, which stands for Learning Interoperability Framework for Europe is a project supported by the European Commission’s eLearning Programme.
