Teacher's Newsletter - EUN tradition with new look Author: EUN News
In January a revised edition of the teacher's newsletter came to life. It has a new look, a new concept and a new editor, but the idea and the aim stay the same. It is written from a teacher for teachers to give them help and support to identify good ideas and projects. In this context the European Schoolnet Teacher's Newsletter is an update of events, projects, calls for collaboration, resources and any other topics of interest to teachers.
The content is selected with a strong focus on pedagogically valuable projects and activities. The information provided shall help teachers to find and carry out interesting and inspiring international activities that they can easily integrate into their classroom work. The selection of information takes into consideration curricular and cross-curricular activities. The newsletter shall help to enhance the European dimension in schools and their daily activities. Furthermore it shall bring an added value to the use of ICT in the classroom.
Teachers do not have much time to spend on looking for this kind of information on their own and miss many good chances they could use to improve their teaching or to make it more interesting and exciting for themselves and their pupils. The newsletter shall help teachers to do so and bring an international flavour into their schools.
