Linking and Learning Europe project to be launched

EUN has signed a contract with the DG Enlargement for its project “Linking and Learning Europe” (LLE). It aims to design a set of online resources to support teaching and learning about European citizenship and cultural diversity.
myEUROPE will set up a team of experienced teachers who will build a network of European citizenship and intercultural education by implementing online activities to support fellow teachers to integrate easy ICT into the daily teaching.
The network will also be publishing practice examples on teaching Europe at school, designing Learning Objects (LOs) and teaching and learning modules like quizzes and Web quests.
The teacher team will attend two training workshops: one in Brussels and one in Bratislava. The workshop in Brussels will focus on training session on using special Web applications to design LOs and teaching and learning modules.
The teacher team will make sure that the design of the LOs, teaching and learning modules will incorporate a pedagogical value and will be flexible enough to encourage teachers to adapt them to any curricula.
