home > Media services > News > Education Portal Committee meets at EUN Office Education Portal Committee meets at the EUN Office The second EPC meeting took place on 11-12 March 2005. The first day featured a series of presentations from EUN projects leaders and among others, a presentation of the Australian education.au portal by Gary Putland its director. The second day, two working groups discussed the issues of interoperability of portals and exchange of educational content. The EPC also discussed the European Education Portal Survey, an EPC internal document which, in the future, will feature a public summary report. Eventually Portugal’s portal plan was presented by Luis Pitta. The EPC meeting gathered 16 representatives from major education portals in Europe as well as EUN’s portal experts. The next EPC meeting will take place on 13-14 October 2005 in Luxembourg.
